Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Jane has held senior marketing and management positions at Telecom's e-solutions, BankDirect, Clear Communications and ASB Bank Ltd. Jane is currently a director of Air New Zealand Ltd & Delegats Group Limited.

Brent Impey
Independent Non-Executive Director;
Brent was most recently the CEO of MediaWorks NZ Limited and prior to this role he held a number of legal, corporate advisory, consultancy and media related roles. Brent is also a Director of Hutchwilco NZ Limited, Devon Funds Management, Fred Hollows Australia, and has been Chairman of Fred Hollows Foundation (NZ).

David Jackson
Independent Non-Executive Director, MCom (Hons), FCA
Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
David is currently a director of Nuplex Industries Limited, Fonterra Co Operative Group Limited and Chairman of the New Zealand Refining Company Limited. David formerly was a Senior Audit Partner and Chairman of Ernst & Young.

Maurice Prendergast
Non-Executive Director;
Maurice Prendergast has been Chief Executive Officer of Pumpkin Patch since 1993. Maurice has held executive positions in accounting, distribution and property development in both New Zealand and Australian companies. Maurice is currently a director of Comvita Limited.


Sally Synnott
Non-Executive Director;
Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.
Sally Synnott founded Pumpkin Patch in 1990 and held an executive role within the Company until 1993. Since then Sally has undertaken specialist assignments for the company and has been a non-executive Director.

B. Executive Team

Neil Cowie
Chief Executive Officer
Neil joined Pumpkin Patch in January 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. Neil has a wide range of retail experience across various offshore markets, most recently as CEO of Michel's Group Australia and with Woolworth's Australia. Prior to Australia Neil was General Manager - Retail Operations for The Warehouse, New Zealand.

Chris Cardwell
General Manager - Property
BPA, SNZPI, Reg. Valuer
Chris joined Pumpkin Patch in 2006 to head the Company’s property division. Chris is responsible for the property strategy and all property functions including construction, facilities management, portfolio management and site acquisitions globally. Chris has extensive experience in the NZ, UK and USA markets in leasing, property development, construction management and project finance.

Chrissy Conyngham
Group General Manager/Design Director
Chrissy joined Pumpkin Patch as Design Director in 1993. Chrissy leads the Design team and is responsible for bringing together comprehensive ranges and product sourcing. Chrissy has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry.


Dominique De Give
General Manager - Wholesale
BA, MBA
Dominique has had a fashion career spanning over 20 years holding a number of high profile design, merchandising and buying roles in the USA, including Strategic Planning Manager for Nordstrom Product Group, division of Nordstrom, Inc. Most recently she was the Academic Director of Fashion Design & Marketing at the Art Institute of Seattle.

Brian De Gregory
General Manager - Human Resources
Brian joined Pumpkin Patch in 2008 as the Human Resource Manager in the USA. Brian has over 10 years of experience supporting US and global retailers from a Human Resource and strategy perspective. He was appointed GM - Human Resources in 2010 and is responsible for the Pumpkin Patch HR strategy and development of the global team.

Glenys Hoffman
General Manager - Supply Chain
Glenys joined Pumpkin Patch in 2009 to lead the Supply Chain team. She has a wide range of operational business experience across global markets. Glenys ran a retail consulting company specialising in supply chain from 1997 - 2004 and most recently was General Manager Global Supply Chain for Bendon.

Bronny Jacobsen
General Manager - Merchandise
Bronny joined Pumpkin Patch in 1997 as part of the buying/design team as a product manager, then as merchandise manager. She was appointed to the role of General Manager - Merchandise in 2007, with overall responsibility for the sourcing, buying, production and pricing of merchandise in all markets.

Kate Tattersfield
General Manager - Marketing
BA
Kate joined Pumpkin Patch in 1998 as Creative Director and became Marketing Manager in 2001. Kate has over 14 years experience in the marketing and graphic design industries in both corporate and freelance capacities.

Zarina Thesing
General Manager - Information Technology
BCom
Zarina joined Pumpkin Patch in 2000 as an IT Development Manager and was appointed General Manager - IT in 2002. Zarina has over 20 years experience in the ICT industry.


Bruce Walkley
General Manager - Direct
BCom
Bruce joined Pumpkin Patch in 1993 as Finance Director and in 2000 was appointed General Manager – United Kingdom. In 2005 he was appointed General Manager – Direct, with responsibility for Direct Marketing, Internet and Catalogue Sales.

Matthew Washington
Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary

Matthew joined Pumpkin Patch in 2000 as Group Financial Controller. Matthew has over 18 years of accounting and commercial experience in a variety of industry areas.
