Greg Muir was appointed
Executive Chairman in February
2004. Prior to joining Pumpkin
Patch he was Chief Executive
Officer of The Warehouse Group
Ltd, and held senior management
roles with TNT Australia Pty Ltd,
Enerco New Zealand Ltd and
Lion Nathan Ltd. Greg is currently
chairman of Hanover Group Limited,
the Blues S14 Franchise and a
director of the Auckland Rugby Union.

Chief Executive Officer
Maurice Prendergast has been
Managing Director of Pumpkin
Patch since 1993. Maurice has held
executive positions in accounting,
distribution and property
development in both New Zealand
and Australian companies.

Chrissy Conyngham
Chrissy Conyngham
Group General Manager/Design Director
Chrissy Conyngham joined Pumpkin Patch as Design Director in 1993 responsible for bringing together comprehensive ranges and brand promotion. Chrissy still leads the Design team and in 2007 was appointed Group General Manager role leading the Executive team. Chrissy has 20 years of experience in the fashion industry.

Sally Synnott founded Pumpkin

Lyn Bryant
General Manager - Operations
Lyn joined Pumpkin Patch in 1994
as Customer Service Supervisor
and progressed through various
roles within the business until
beginning the role of GM
Operations in 2003. Her team
now includes distribution, imports
and exports, wholesale logistics,
inventory control, global supply
chain and third party logistics
warehouses in the UK, US, Australia
and Shanghai.

Chris Cardwell
General Manager - Property

Chris joined Pumpkin Patch in
2006 to head the Company’s
property division. Chris is
responsible for the property strategy
and all property functions including
construction, facilities management,
portfolio management and site
acquisitions globally. Chris has
extensive experience in the NZ,
UK and USA markets in leasing,
property development, construction
management and project finance.

Neil Cowie
Chief Operating Officer
Neil joined Pumpkin Patch in January 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. Neil has a wide range of retail experience across various offshore markets, most recently as CEO of Michel's Group Australia and with Woolworth's Australia. Prior to Australia Neil was General Manager - Retail Operations for The Warehouse, New Zealand.

Bronny joined Pumpkin Patch in 1997 as part of the buying/design team as a product manager, then as merchandise manager. She was appointed to the role of General Manager - Merchandise in 2007, with overall responsibility for the sourcing, buying, production and pricing of merchandise in all markets.

For the last 6 years she had been responsible for the Merchandise Planning division with responsibility for the planning, trading and managing of stock in all markets.
